Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a 59jl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal minimum under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. There are no exceptions.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or automated system.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of access.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 59jl or any of its affiliated gaming providers or operators.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account closure imposed by 59jl.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual is entitled to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the 59jl Platform. The Account is personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access, operate, or use your Account under any circumstances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including persons claiming to represent 59jl support;
• Notify 59jl's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session on shared or public devices.

59jl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

59jl is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification for all Members. You agree to provide accurate identification documents when requested. KYC documentation may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed game values on the 59jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 59jl does not support multi-currency accounts.

Deposits & Payments

59jl accepts deposits exclusively from Philippine-based payment methods. The following methods are currently supported:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all accepted payment methods.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your 59jl Wallet. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution (typically 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours).
• All deposit methods used must belong to the same individual who registered the 59jl Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 59jl reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• 59jl does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 59jl is not responsible.
• Deposits made by mistake or in error may be reversed at the sole discretion of 59jl. Requests for reversal must be submitted within 24 hours of the deposit transaction.

Withdrawals

59jl processes withdrawal requests for verified Account holders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 59jl Account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Real Money balances may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on bonus funds.
• 59jl charges zero (₱0) withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount credited to your GCash or bank account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals exceeding ₱10,000 will be processed.
• 59jl reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours in cases where additional security checks or fraud investigations are required. You will be notified in writing if this occurs.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to invalid account details or closed payment accounts will be returned to your 59jl Wallet within 3 business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

59jl offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by individual promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of activation:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the specific promotion before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money.
• Unless stated otherwise, Wagering Requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of bonus activation. Unfulfilled Bonus Funds expire upon the end of this period.
• Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotional bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per promotional period, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• 59jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or combined with other bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 59jl Platform operate under rules determined by the game provider and are governed by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. By wagering on any 59jl game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced or manipulated by 59jl or any third party.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Wagers placed and accepted are final and cannot be reversed once a game round has commenced.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 59jl's internal server logs are the authoritative record. In cases where an error makes it impossible to determine a fair game outcome, 59jl may void the affected round and return the wager to the Member's balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply in certain games and on certain bonus conditions. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and bonus terms.
• 59jl may impose individual game limits or session restrictions on Members who display patterns of problem gambling, in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 59jl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Operating more than one registered Account on the 59jl Platform;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether through shared betting strategies, account sharing, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures;
• Exploiting software errors, mathematical errors, or errors in published game RTP or odds to gain systematic advantage — commonly referred to as "advantage play" in breach of fair use standards;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to deposit funds;
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law or international standards;
• Accessing the Platform through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Impersonating any other person or providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in or facilitating chargebacks on legitimate deposits to the 59jl Platform.

Responsible Gaming

59jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all Members directly from their Account Settings without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at user-defined intervals during active gaming sessions;
• Reality Check: Pop-up prompts displaying session duration and net win/loss;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account, with a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months.

Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, 59jl will make reasonable commercial efforts to prevent re-registration. Privacy & Data Protection

59jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering a 59jl Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in 59jl's Privacy Policy.

59jl will never sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 59jl shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gaming opportunity resulting from Platform unavailability, game errors, or network interruption;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or internet service providers;
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, government action, national internet outages, or PAGCOR-ordered service suspension.

In cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, 59jl's maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Suspension & Termination

59jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC age or identity verification;
• Engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 8;
• Direction by PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Discovery of fraudulent, collusive, or anti-social behavior on the Platform;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months with a zero balance.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verifiable Real Money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days. Where closure results from confirmed breach, 59jl reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and any applicable regulatory review.

You may voluntarily close your 59jl Account at any time by contacting our support team in writing. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, with any outstanding verified Real Money balance returned to your registered payment method.

Disputes & Complaints

59jl is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly and in a timely manner. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 59jl service, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 59jl support team via live chat or email. Support is available 24/7 in English and Tagalog. You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the matter, you may escalate to a formal written complaint. 59jl will issue a written decision within ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following 59jl's formal decision, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published guidelines for online gaming operators.

59jl's server records and game logs are the authoritative source in all disputes involving game outcomes. These records are maintained securely and are available for regulatory review upon request.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any statutory right you may have to refer matters to PAGCOR.

The language of these Terms and Conditions is English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Amendments to These Terms

59jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that could reasonably be expected to affect a Member's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Members via:

• A prominent notice on the 59jl login page and/or home page for at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect;
• SMS notification to the registered Philippine mobile number on file where technically feasible.

Continued use of the 59jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure under Section 13.
